San Antonio, TX (October 4, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Thursday in the San Antonio area left a motorcyclist injured, according to local law enforcement. At around 1:45 p.m., on September 30, the San Antonio Police Department was notified that their assistance was needed at the scene of an accident on Padre Drive.

Reports from authorities indicate that a black 2020 Mitsubishi, driven by a 45-year-old female, was involved in a collision with a black 2013 Honda motorcycle in the area of 6354 Padre Drive.

The impact of the crash left the rider injured. EMS tended to the 46-year-old male motorcyclist on-site before transporting them to a local hospital for further care.

Neither the driver of the Mitsubishi nor her passengers, a 19-year-old female nor a 1-year-old male, were injured.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.

Our thoughts are with the victim injured in this accident. We hope for his full recovery.
