San Antonio, TX (November 23, 2021) – One woman was left severely injured following a crash early Sunday morning, November 21. At around 3 a.m., a Lexus was traveling west in the left lanes of 2500 Northeast Loop 410.

For unknown reasons, the vehicle was struck by a black Hyundai as the driver made a lane change into the left lane.

A 37-year-old female involved in the crash sustained serious injuries. She was rushed to Brooke Army Medical Center for the treatment of critical injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
