San Antonio, TX (March 24, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Wednesday morning in the San Antonio area has claimed the lives of two people while leaving several others injured. At around 7:45 a.m., on March 23, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident on Interstate 35.

Reports provided by authorities show that an SUV was involved in an accident on Interstate 35 in the area of New Braunfels Avenue. The impact of the crash caused the vehicle to roll over multiple times.

Two men were ejected from the vehicle. Both men sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.

Four other victims were transported to area hospitals for care. Two victims suffered serious injuries while the other two were in critical condition.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
