San Antonio, TX (November 29, 2021) – An auto accident reported in the San Antonio area sent an undisclosed number of people to area hospitals with injuries. At around 8:25 p.m., on November 27, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Interstate 10.

Reports from local authorities indicate that a collision between vehicles occurred on the eastbound side of Interstate 10 near Loop 410. The incident blocked two left lanes of the roadway as crews worked to clear the scene.

EMS rendered aid to victims briefly at the scene before transporting those in need of further care to area hospitals.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
