San Antonio, TX (February 3, 2022) – An auto accident reported in the Seguin area ended in injuries. At around 6:50 p.m., on February 2, the San Antonio Police Department was notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a traffic-related incident on Interstate 10.

Reports from the SAPD show that a collision between vehicles occurred on the westbound side of Interstate 10. The incident caused delays in the area of Texas 123 Bridge.

The incident created stop-and-go traffic that extended back to Exit 610. Police and firefighters worked to clear the scene as medical provided care to injured victims. At least one person was transported from the scene of the accident to a local hospital for care.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.

Our thoughts are with the victims who were injured in this accident. We hope for their full recovery.
